This winding road is open from May to October and provides visitors another option to reach Mount Mansfield's summit without taking the hiking trails.

Explore the Stowe Village Historic District.

Make sure to park along the scenic Main Street and then take your time perusing the boutique shops and country stores.

This view of Stowe Community Church is one of the most famous photo spots in town. It's one of the best free things to do in Stowe!

Walk the Stowe Recreation Path.

This 5.3-mile paved public path begins in Stowe Village and stretches to Top Notch Resort along Mountain Road, ending with a beautiful covered bridge.

Hike Moss Glen Falls.

Moss Glen Falls is one of the best places to hike in the Stowe area, located a short drive from the historic village. It has beautiful fall foliage!

This family-owned cider mill in Waterbury, Vermont, has famous apple cider donuts and a shop for locally-made souvenirs.
